I am a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Business Consultant for Wellness Professionals, Retreats, and Studios with 12 years of teaching, marketing, sales, and business experience.

I am here to teach Wellness Professionals how to make money, teaching what they LOVE so that they can build a wellness business that supports their wildest dreams, all while absolutely smashing the patriarchal structures and systems within the wellness industry and beyond.

My journey began in New York City as an actress with a dream to be on Broadway, but I was suddenly swept away to Greece for an acting retreat that turned into my first opportunity to teach Yoga. After teaching my first Yoga class on a Greek island, I knew that I was meant to teach Yoga all over the world. So I followed my heart and got my Yoga certifications then booked my one-way ticket to Europe.

10 years and 19 countries later, I followed my heart to London, a place that was completely unexpected yet flowed right to me.
